The production of Backplate`s is one of the outstanding features of the DIVETEC product row.  We manufacture since beginning 1991 Backplate`s and have even practical experience since 1985. The DIVETEC Backplate inclusive Harness received its good characteristics by many practice projects.  Our Backplate`s is used today world-wide.  The Backplate production is completed exclusively in , only so can guarantee this singular quality of our customers we.  The attempt our Backplate series to copy, succeeded to no manufacturer until today still take place-rich. Our Backplate is laser-cut from 3mm strong V4A stainless steel (SS 316 Ti) and brought on presses with a pressure of over 60 tons into the DIVETEC own form.  The angles (see picture below) is the resulting deep crease, are an important feature our Backplate row.  Wing nuts can be used for the bottle assembly also with the DIVETEC lead system.  The suit is not damaged!  Nearly all manufacturers leave your Plates electrical foremen, thus save you with high cost-connected work of deburring.  These manufacturers do not consider that polished surfaces have a very small roughness depth and the surface is much too hard.  Impacts (e.g. through it falls down on stones) are not absorbed, it develop razor-sharp scratches those the dipping suit our Backplates exhibit a large roughness depth, which ensures that impacts do not develop swallowed and for scratches up to a certain point dangerously scratches.  So that the rough surface does not damage the suit, the Backplates with glass beads is again up-polished.  This complex Abreitsablauf brings a singular surface, with a Fantasti optics.  Deburring all edges is very largely written with us.  It is all the same which form (straight, approximately, oval) an edge and/or belt execution has.  If this is sharp edged, the Harness becomes or the suit and/or the Wing damages.  DIVETEC Backplates are handdeburred surface-polished, the long holes additionally with 8 tons are pressdeburred.  Subsequently, each Backplate comes for 35 min. into a scrubbing basin and with special whet-stones is perfectly deburred.  That will deburr with the END surface treatment locked.  The weight inclusive Harness (depending upon execution lies between 3 - 4 kg).  Thus you do not distribute very angenhem possibly necessary weight (otherwise lead belt) noticeable over those  Back surface.  The 52 function holes to 3 sides of the Backpaltes are attached, make the assembly possible of further accessories e.g. argon bottle, Akku tank etc. usually birngt cheaply a Backplate back pain, damages of the suit, the Wing`s or rusting places, because the quality of the production is not well and/or not practical.  Do not leave your security as well as the quality to the coincidence.
